Where will therapy take place?
Services are provided at my office located at Grimsrud Elementary School, 716 W Benedict Dr., Bismarck, ND 58501. Please note that this is is not associated with the school.
Clients seen at the office will be scheduled before or after school hours during the school year, with extended day-time hours available during the summer months.
Clients can also be seen within their daycare or preschool setting with the establishment's approval. Additionally, clients can be seen within your home. Services can be provided in person or via Telehealth.

Interested clients should complete the client interest form. A link to the form is at the top of this page. While we verify insurance coverage, you will be asked to obtain a physician's referral, which is necessary before the evaluation can proceed. Once the referral is received, we will be in contact to discuss insurance coverage details, and the evaluation will be scheduled promptly.
